Strategically timed passed stock exchange closing times, ProSiebenSat.1 and its new owner announced that the ink was officially dry on an agreement, drawing to a close another big – no, huge – media deal. Bavarian Prime Minister Edmund Stoiber, in his excitement, broke the news much earlier in the day, ecstatic that the broadcaster will stay in Munich.
